Pradera Estate is a delightful country residence, consisting of two large Finca style properties, surrounded by patio's and gardens, with a large pool at it's heart. Although the Pradera Estate is secluded and very private, just a short 10 minute journey finds you at La Trocha shopping center and the Andalician town of Coin.
Another 30 minute car ride can see you in Malaga or Marbella and the amazing beaches of the Costa del Sol. The Pradera Estate is also close to many of the best golf courses in the region, including Alhaurin Golf, so for golfing groups, it is perfect!
The Pradera Estate is run by Karyne, a French lady, who also speaks fluent English and Spanish, she lives on site in a large touring campervan and makes sure that the guests have everything they need to enjoy the stay! Karyne is not worried if you want to party, skinny dip in the pool, whatever, it's your holiday, so you do what you like, within the bounderies of law and reason, of course!
You can find Pradera Estate on many of the top holiday rentals websites, I am also in process of constructing a website for Karyne. I have seen the Pradera Estate a few times now and all I wish is, that I lived there, it is amazing! Karyen really gives the place that female touch and nothing is too much trouble for her guests!
If you have a special occasion, then Karyne will supply a DJ, Karaoke, live entertainers, or whatever you require to make the night special. Of course, if you just want a fantastic place to relax, then Pradera Estate is perfect, it's also great for families with children, away from dangerous roads.

The Pradera Estate is located in the Countryside behind La Trocha shopping center in Coin, on the Costa del Sol, Spain. Nestled in a valley of olive trees, it is secluded and very private, it is the holiday accommodation where you can really be yourselves! Split into two seperate properties, the Lodge and the Cottage, pradera estate offers the ideal, out of the way accommodation for groups, especially in summer!
Karyne, the owner, actually lives in a large camper van, behind the property, so while not intrusive, she is always there should you require help with anything. She can arrange transport, taxi's and other services, plus ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
Pradera Estate can sleep up to 24 people !!!
